all the celebrations....

program committee....basically we were thinking of throwing the farewell party over at David's place considering the fact that there will be much room for activities there.....it will seem quite fun if what were already planned were to be executed perfectly on that day itself, i.e. the 8th. But this may seem highly improbable unless they get digging....all the J1s would have to contribute in one way or another: singing, dancing, ushering, serving food and drinks, emceeing, etc...the food will be catered (buffet style) as well as potluck.....[can't imagine if it's potluck---dinner would have to be had outside instead should that be the case]....there will be prize presentaion, video watching, kara-oke, skits/items, emo song at the end, etc...and about the welcoming part, I am not quite sure how the J2's are going to be ushered/welcomed. Heard that they were told to arrive by 6 and by that time, they are expected to gather at the porch or sth to register, talk cock, as well as being served with beverages. Following would be the entering of the house (via the door that admits to the garden/porch). 'Red-carpets' in the form of red strings bounded at the sides will be lain and balloons (and all the party stuffs) would be thrown about as a sign of welcome. The mood will most likely be anticipating and chirpy from the start....and emo at the end emo songs, emo atmosphere, emo faces, emo movements, etc well see how it turns out like. Rehearsals are as shown:
